The Hele’s Trust trustees are also the trustees of the WRH Chappel bequest. This fund can provide small and modest grants and is available to support Exeter schools and young people in a similar way to the Hele’s Trust however it does have particular provision to support musical education. Applications can be made to this Trust via the Hele’s application process. Such applications could be to purchase musical instruments and support musical projects as well as initial musical lesson support for disadvantaged young people.
